Day 1 Istanbul – Nice
Meeting at the specified time at Istanbul Airport International Terminal. After ticket and baggage procedures, we arrive at Nice Airport with our scheduled flight to Nice. After landing, we head to Nice city center. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour of Nice with our guide. Walking along the famous Promenade des Anglais, which stretches along the curve of the Bay of Angels - exploring the streets of Old Nice (Vieux-Nice), Baroque churches, and free time in the flower market. Guests who wish can join our Monaco-Monte Carlo tour in the evening (50 EUR). Monte Carlo, one of the richest areas of Monaco, is known for its luxury hotels, yacht harbor, and the world-famous Monte Carlo Casino. This magnificent area, which has hosted James Bond films, is visited before returning to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Dinner: To be taken additionally during free time at a place determined by the guide.

Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish can join our Paul de Vence & Cannes tour (75 EUR). We head to St. Paul de Vence, one of France’s most impressive towns. Built on a hill overlooking the sea, this medieval village is famous for its historical texture and art galleries. Artists such as Picasso, Renoir, Yves Montand, and Simone Signoret have spent time in this town. Also, the grave of the famous painter Marc Chagall is located here. Then we move to Cannes, one of the favorite cities of the French Riviera. This city, associated with the Cannes Film Festival, is one of the most important centers of luxury living and elegant seaside atmosphere. After our tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

After our panoramic city tour, guests who wish can join our Marseille outlet tour (30 EUR) during free time. After our tour, transfer to the airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Istanbul Airport with Turkish Airlines’s scheduled flight. After our arrival in Istanbul, the end of our tour and services.

General Information
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty is applied. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or called coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted via vehicle with guide commentary; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow visiting, entering, or accessing certain areas on the scheduled day and time (including other tours specified in the program), due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Viyatravel shall not be held responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, at points where vehicles are not allowed access due to closed roads.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel partner with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the designated airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing them on time but not boarding the aircraft. All costs for round-trip new flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by themselves.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of passengers. For each tour, the vehicle type is determined according to the number of participants:
