DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties This agreement has been concluded electronically between Tatilego Turizm Seyahat İşl. San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Seller"), whose information is provided below, and the customer purchasing the service ("Buyer"), within the scope of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Subject of the Agreement This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of services such as domestic and international tours, hotel accommodations, and entertainment packages purchased by the Buyer through the Seller's website or other digital platforms.

3. Service Fee and Payment

• The Buyer shall pay the price of the purchased service using one of the payment methods offered by the Seller.
• After the payment is completed, a confirmation email containing the reservation details will be sent to the Buyer.

4. Performance of the Service

• The Seller undertakes to provide the service purchased by the Buyer in full on the dates specified in the agreement.
• In cases such as force majeure or insufficient participation, the Seller has the right to cancel the tour or event or change its date. In this case, the Buyer will be informed.

5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

• For cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour departure date, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
• No refund will be made for cancellations made 30 days or less before the tour departure date.
• The Buyer must notify the Seller of the cancellation request in writing via [info@tatilego.com].

6. Right of Withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502, since the purchased service is tied to a specific date or period.
• By accepting this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that they do not have the right of withdrawal.

7. Resolution of Disputes In disputes that may arise from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

8. Effectiveness The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement by making payment through the website or digital platforms.
