General Information
- The cruise company reserves the right to make changes to the tour program due to navigational safety, weather conditions, and international maritime regulations.
- Port arrival and departure times may change for operational reasons.
- Shore excursions are subject to an additional fee and availability.
- For tours requiring a visa at the port, the visa fee is charged separately.
- Where a Schengen visa is required, visa procedures are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests aged 12 and over are charged a daily service fee per person on board.
- The child age range is 0–11.99.
- A child staying with 2 adults pays only the port tax.
- A discount may be applied for the 3rd and 4th passengers.
VISA AT THE PORT
To ensure that your visa-at-the-port application is completed without any issues, you must provide us with the following documents:
- 2 biometric photographs (1 printed, 1 digital)
- Bank statement for the last 3 months (an average balance of 25,000 TL in the account is recommended.)
- A color-scanned copy of the photo identification page of your passport
- The visa-at-the-port application form to be sent by us, completed in full
Application Process
- After your reservation is confirmed, you must send us the required documents by email.
- Your documents will be checked, and you will be informed if anything is missing or needs to be corrected.
- The application process is conducted entirely by email.
- On the day of travel, you must carry the original versions of the documents you submitted during the application.
- Your documents will be collected by our team at the port, and your visa-at-the-port procedures will be followed up and completed by us.
