• A visa for Egypt (Cairo) is obtained for this tour. The visa fee is not included in the tour price.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return from the trip.
• Guests traveling with a green passport must renew their passports if the passport's date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may be denied entry into the country or refused boarding.
• The assessment of visa applications is entirely under the authority of the relevant consulate and official bodies. Our agency acts solely as an intermediary.
• Our agency bears no responsibility if the visa is not approved, is delayed, or is not issued in time for any reason, and this situation does not give rise to any right to compensation.
• In case of reservation cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• The passport used to enter the country must not be torn, worn, wet, or damaged in any way. The passenger is responsible for any problems that may arise from the passport being rejected.
• When minor children are not traveling together with their mother and/or father, they are required to carry the necessary notarized consent documents with them during the trip.
