PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
- This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through our agency.
CURRENCY
- The official currency of Italy is the Euro (EUR), and it is widely used throughout the country.
TIME ZONE
- Italy uses Central European Time (CET) and is 1 hour behind Turkey.
CUISINE
- Italian cuisine: It is one of the strongest representatives of Mediterranean culture and is world-famous for its dishes prepared with simple but high-quality ingredients. Olive oil, tomatoes, pasta, cheese, and fresh vegetables form the basis of the cuisine. Italian cuisine varies by region, with pizza, various types of pasta, risotto, lasagna, and tiramisu among the best-known dishes.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
- The electrical outlets used in Italy are generally compatible with those in Turkey. However, since different types of outlets may be encountered in some older facilities, it is recommended that you carry a plug converter (adapter) so that you can use your electronic devices without any problems.
SHOPPING
- Shopping opportunities are available at shopping centers located in city centers and at small stalls selling souvenirs.
TOURS & OPTIONAL TOURS and ACTIVITIES
- All City and Cultural Tours stated in the program are included in the Price.
- If optional tours and activities or program options such as boat trips are explicitly stated in the program, they are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used for optional tours / activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations are open/closed and on weather conditions.
- The Agency reserves the right to change the tour itinerary, provided that its content remains the same, whenever deemed necessary.
- Trips or tours that are not permitted for any reason by local authorities or due to other reasons will not take place. The Agency cannot be held responsible if these trips or tours cannot be carried out.
ACCOMMODATION
- During periods such as fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers.
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of foldable beds and beds known as coach beds, participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible lack of space and the bed type in the rooms. *Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.
- Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited.
- Our agency reserves the right to change the names of the hotels, provided that their category remains the same, due to possible inconveniences or technical problems reported to us by hotel management.
CLOTHING and NECESSARY ITEMS
- During the summer season, we recommend that you bring easy-to-wear and remove T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, we recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, spare memory cards, and charging devices. During the autumn and winter periods, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm, an umbrella, and a lightweight raincoat.
ABOUT AIR TICKETS and FLIGHTS
- Flight times and the reservation number information for the air tickets will be shared by our agency before the tour date. Since this is a group reservation, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures with only your passport, without your ticket, at the specified time and counter. Our check-in procedures are carried out by our agency.
- During registration, the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, passport number, and ID number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees resulting from the cancellation or changes of air tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
- Our agency is not responsible for losses arising from payments made to hotels and airlines in cases where you are unable to participate because you arrive late for the flight or fail to catch the relevant flight due to reasons attributable to you.
- Our agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the existing tour and flight. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our agency is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
- Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
- Passengers are required to wear their seat belts during the journey. Passengers between 0 and 4 years of age are required to bring a “child car seat.” Our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or sanctions imposed due to non-compliance with the rules.
- All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that have passed inspection provide service as long as they are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model or age.
- Our Agency is not responsible if the tours in question cannot be carried out when, including the tours specified in the program, local authorities do not permit visiting or entering a location on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, or when the tour becomes impossible due to roads being closed for any event or due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
- During your journey, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the order of reservation. Even if the assigned seat numbers are the same in the numbering, their direction, location, or position may differ. Seating is arranged in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the country visited.
LOST ITEMS, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and IDENTITY DOCUMENT LOSSES
- When leaving the hotels where you stay during your journey, please make sure that you have collected all your belongings. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the items.
- If your passport is lost or stolen, you should be aware that the representative/guide of our Agency must continue with the Tour Program for the other traveling guests, as undertaken by the agency; therefore, they must handle the entire organization related to passport procedures, return, or rejoining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred at their own responsibility. Our Agency accepts no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
- The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
HEALTH
- We do not think that you will encounter any problem threatening your health in the meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. Nevertheless, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking when you are not with the group, consume only bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure have been thoroughly cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled. We strongly recommend that you obtain a medical report and invoice from the healthcare facilities where you receive treatment for health problems or injuries that may occur due to circumstances beyond your control. This will be beneficial if you need them for insurance procedures.

- In the event of cancellation/refund, payments will be refunded in the same currency and amounts in which they were made during tour registration.
