Day 1: Izmir – Casablanca
Be at the Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before your flight.
After completing outbound procedures, depart for Casablanca at 09:00 on Freebird Airlines' special scheduled flight FHY852.
Upon arrival at local time 10:00, we begin our city tour of Casablanca. During the tour, we view Mohammed V Square, one of the city's central points, and Hassan II Mosque, one of the world's largest mosques, panoramically. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we complete check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. In the evening, guests who wish may take a walk in the Corniche area, known as the heart of Casablanca's coastal life. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Casablanca – Marrakech
In the morning, after breakfast, we depart for Marrakech. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour of Marrakech. We view the Koutoubia Mosque, the symbol of Marrakech, the historic Medina district, and Jemaa El Fna Square, one of the world's most famous squares, in a panoramic manner. We experience the atmosphere of Marrakech with its colorful markets, scents of spices, and street performers. Guests who wish may join the optional Dinner Chez Ali Fantasia Night Tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Dinner Chez Ali Fantasia Night Tour (Per Person 85 EUR / Child 55 EUR)
We depart from our hotel for the Chez Ali Fantasia Show, one of Marrakech's most famous and impressive nighttime entertainment events. After arriving at the Chez Ali complex, decorated with traditional Moroccan architecture and resembling a fairy-tale land, we begin an unforgettable evening where you can closely explore Moroccan culture. While enjoying local delicacies alongside a traditional Moroccan dinner served in Berber tents, we will have the opportunity to watch music and dance performances by folkloric groups. Later in the evening, we witness a mesmerizing show reflecting Morocco's deep-rooted culture, featuring horseback Fantasia displays, acrobatic performances, traditional costumes, live music, and stunning light shows.
Day 3: Marrakech
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the additional Essaouira Tour organized for them. After our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Essaouira Tour (80 EUR per person / 50 EUR per child)
We explore Essaouira, one of Morocco's most special cities, known for its historic medina listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, its white and blue houses, fishing port, and art galleries. While walking through the city's historic walls, harbor area, and narrow streets, we feel the peaceful atmosphere of the Atlantic coast. During our tour, we visit one of the argan oil production cooperatives, giving us the opportunity to learn about one of the region's most important natural products.
Day 4: Marrakech
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the Atlas Mountains and Ourika Valley Tour, which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Atlas Mountains and Ourika Valley Tour (Per Person 60 EUR / Child 40 EUR)
We set off towards Ourika Valley, located at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. Along the way, we explore Morocco's natural beauty alongside traditional Berber villages, lush valleys, and impressive mountain views. While learning about the local life in the region, we take photo stops. During our visit to Ourika Valley, we admire the natural beauties by the river, enjoy nature through hiking in the surroundings, and experience the unique atmosphere of the area.
Day 5: Marrakech – Izmir
In the morning, after breakfast, we complete our c-out procedures and have free time until the flight hour. Guests who wish can make their last shopping or enjoy the city. Transfer to the airport at the time set by the guide. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight begins at 11:00 with Freebird Airlines' special scheduled flight FHY853. Following arrival at 18:30 local time, our tour concludes.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants. In case of fewer than 10 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- If the tour program provides category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests in the area visited. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers to/from the area. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible, depending on closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or liability for the Operator in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent travel resulting from such errors.
- The documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. In case of failure to do so, the Operator is not responsible for any possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may show variations during high season or special periods due to availability, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering such a fine due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group for tours made along the route, guests who wish not to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before performing the upgrade. Any price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or entirely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
