Day 1: Izmir – Sharm El Sheikh
At İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Departures Terminal, please be present in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at 10:30 . After completing the departure procedures at the airport, departure at 13:30 on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC1788 to Egypt’s exotic holiday destination, Sharm El Sheikh. Following our arrival at 15:35 local time, transfer to our hotel.
After completing our check-in procedures, settling into our rooms.
You will be informed about the tours and activities you can enjoy in Sharm El Sheikh. Guests who wish may participate in the tours to be organized at an additional cost. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh – Izmir
After having breakfast early in the morning, we check out by vacating our rooms. At the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport. After completing our baggage, passport, and customs procedures, we depart for Izmir at 15:20 on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC1789. Upon arrival at 18:45 local time, our journey comes to an end. We hope to see you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with commentary by the guide; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the sites to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations below to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their airline may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the guests’ responsibility.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding consular fees and similar amounts paid for the visa, provided that they present their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, a room will be allocated by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS’ control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
- For the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative available. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this situation is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls and roaming.
- During your trip, when temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
