Day 1 Istanbul – Thessaloniki
The first day of our tour, departing at 21:00 from Kadıköy Marriage Office Parking Lot, 21:30 from Mecediyeköy İstikbal Front, and 22:00 from Bakırköy Ömür Shopping Center Front, we will follow the Silivri – Keşan highway with onboard refreshments to reach İpsala border crossing. After passport and customs procedures, we will travel via Dedeağaç - Gümülcine - İskeçe highway to Thessaloniki.
Day 2 Thessaloniki
In the morning, upon arrival in Thessaloniki, we will take a panoramic city tour; Kordon, White Tower, Rotunda, Exhibition Square, Ottoman and Byzantine monuments, Aya Dimitros Cathedral (the largest cathedral in Greece), Alexander the Great Statue, Hamza Bey Mosque, E.Venezelo - P.Konstantin statues, Vardar, Makedonia, Aristoteles, Elefterios squares are among the places to be visited. At the end of the tour, we will visit the house of the Great Leader Atatürk and check into our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. Guests who wish can join the extra Greek taverna program organized by our guide, enjoying delicious food, Greek music, and unlimited fun with Bouzouki.(65 EUR)
Day 3 Thessaloniki – Kalambaka – Athens
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart from Thessaloniki towards Athens. There is an option to join the extra Kalambaka (Meteora) tour organized by our guide along the route.(55 EUR) We are heading to Kalambaka, known as the Cappadocia of Greece, where the Monastery Region, active even today, stands 200 meters above ground. Here, we will witness the lives of monks who carved monasteries into rocks years ago and tour the monasteries in detail. After free time in Kalambaka city center, we will continue our journey to Athens. Upon arrival in Athens, we will check into the hotel. Overnight at our Athens hotel. We will join the New Year celebrations held in the city square for the New Year festivities.(Return transfer is at the guests’ own expense.)
Day 4 Athens
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take an Athens city tour. In this tour, Agora, Temple of Zeus, Parliament Building, Syntagma - Omonia Squares, Presidential Mansion, Prime Minister’s Residence, Historical Olympic Stadium, National Gallery, War Museum, Panepistimiou boulevards, National Library, and Academy University are among the places to be seen panoramically. After our panoramic tour, we will visit one of the most famous historical sites in world history, the Acropolis (50 Euro will be paid to our guide for entrance and local guide fees). After the Acropolis tour, guests who wish can join the extra Corinth Canal tour organized by our guide.(40 EUR) In this tour, we will cross one of the world’s most famous canals, the Corinth Canal, go to the point where the canal meets the sea, and watch ships passing through. After our tour, we will transfer to the hotel.
Day 5 Athens-Kavala-Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, we will complete check-out procedures and meet at the vehicle. We will arrive in Kavala after an approximately 8-hour journey via Lamia, Trikala road, and take a panoramic city tour. Water Arches, Port, Castle, 19th-century Neo-Classical buildings, Pangia, Old and New City, Acropolis, Lighthouse, Ag.Nicholas, Teodoro Kimissi churches, Kavalalı Mehmet Ali Paşa soup kitchen and statue will be seen. After the meeting, we will pass through the Western Thrace region cities of İskeçe & Gümülcine & Dedeağaç panoramically and head to İpsala border crossing. Guests who wish can join the Porto Lagos tour organized additionally by our guide.(10 EUR / Our tour can be carried out if the entire group participates.) After passport and customs procedures, we will follow the Keşan – Tekirdağ – Silivri highway to Istanbul. After a free köfte break in Tekirdağ, we will arrive at the starting points in Istanbul in the evening hours, concluding the program.

- All participating guests must possess a valid Schengen visa for the entire duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
-- For our New Year's tours, guests who wish to add the Gala Dinner must pay the Gala Dinner fee at the time of tour registration.
- To enable shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of spirits (excluding spirits with alcohol content above 22%, wine, and champagne); Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of spirits (excluding spirits with alcohol content below 22%, including wine and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or skincare products: 5 items; Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all countries listed in the program are visited, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the departure date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Hospital reports, work permission letters, and other documents obtained from Turkish authorities submitted along with a participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour programs are organized subject to a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by Viyatravel 2 days prior to the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or referred to as coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding and the type of bed in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the eligible age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the local country's breakfast culture, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are short tours (maximum 2-3 hours) organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these panoramic tours, or any other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be visited or entered due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, due to closed roads caused by events, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicles are not allowed or access is restricted.
- At border crossings made by road during travel, waiting times may exceed standard limits. Viyatravel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel branch with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If this number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations, as well as weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up again from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in flight-based tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for flights not being realized by guests who fail to appear at the designated airport at the times specified by Viyatravel for tour participation, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. All costs incurred for round-trip new flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated September 28. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from paying airport taxes and air service fees.
- The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of passengers. The specific vehicle type for each tour is determined according to the number of participants:
