Need to Know
- It is sufficient to have USD/EUR to make purchases and expenses in all countries included in the program during the tour. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. For the evening, it is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing.
- In our tours, seat rotation (seat changing) is applied daily in the seating plan; no fixed seats or front seat guarantee is provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum 3-day stay requirement to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the flow of the program with the condition that every place specified in the program is shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have a free cancellation right up to 30 days before the tour date. If it is less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if it is 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. Documents such as hospital reports issued from authorities in Turkey, work permission letters, etc., submitted together with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In the tour program, when only category information is given without specifying names and/or options are provided for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying 2 adults within the eligible age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if, due to the day and time coinciding with other tours specified in the program, local authorities do not allow visiting or entering, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed or roads are closed.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline before the flight or online via the airline's website.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they were not present at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs incurred for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by themselves.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times before the current tour and flight may change. Viyatravel is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of persons as follows. Depending on the number of people in each tour, the vehicle types listed below are determined.

- All guests are deemed to have completed the sale of the tour by accepting the items specified above.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. For the evening, it is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing.
- In our tours, seat rotation (seat changing) is applied daily in the seating plan; no fixed seats or front seat guarantee is provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum 3-day stay requirement to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the flow of the program with the condition that every place specified in the program is shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have a free cancellation right up to 30 days before the tour date. If it is less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if it is 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. Documents such as hospital reports issued from authorities in Turkey, work permission letters, etc., submitted together with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In the tour program, when only category information is given without specifying names and/or options are provided for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying 2 adults within the eligible age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if, due to the day and time coinciding with other tours specified in the program, local authorities do not allow visiting or entering, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed or roads are closed.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline before the flight or online via the airline's website.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they were not present at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs incurred for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by themselves.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times before the current tour and flight may change. Viyatravel is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of persons as follows. Depending on the number of people in each tour, the vehicle types listed below are determined.
