- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred throughout the tour duration. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing item for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all specified locations are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have a free cancellation right up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty is applied. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or referred to as coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place on the scheduled day and time due to restrictions imposed by local authorities preventing visitation or entry, closure due to any event, closed roads, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads or access restrictions.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel partner with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, as well as all transfer expenses incurred in the destination region, are borne by the individuals themselves.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
