- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- For our New Year tours, guests who wish to purchase the Gala Dinner extra must pay the Gala Dinner fee at the time of tour registration.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, seat rotation (seat changing) is applied daily in the seating plan; fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable or referred to as coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow visiting or entering them on the scheduled day and time (including other tours specified in the program), due to closed roads caused by any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Viyatravel shall not be held responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads or access restrictions.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel partner we use, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in flight-based tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing these procedures on time but not boarding the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs in the destination area, are borne by the passengers themselves.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of passengers. The vehicle types listed below are determined according to the number of people in each tour.
