Need to Know
  • The cruise company reserves the right to make changes to the tour program due to navigation safety, weather conditions and international maritime regulations.  
  • Port arrival and departure times may vary for operational reasons. 
  • Shore excursions are subject to an extra charge and availability. 
  • For tours requiring a port visa, the visa fee is charged separately. 
  • Where a Schengen visa is required, visa procedures are the responsibility of the guest. 
  • Guests aged 12 and over are charged a daily service fee per person on board. 
  • The child age range is applied as 0–11.99. 
  • A child staying with 2 adults pays only the port tax. 
  • A discount may be applied for the 3rd and 4th passenger. 

PORT VISA

For your port visa application to be completed without any problems, you must provide us with the following documents:

  • 2 biometric photographs (1 printed, 1 digital)
  • Bank statement for the last 3 months (an average balance of 25,000 TL in the account is recommended.)
  • A color scanned copy of the photo identification page of your passport
  • The port visa application form to be sent by us, completed in full

Application Process

  • After your reservation is confirmed, you must send us the required documents by e-mail.
  • Your documents will be checked, and you will be informed if anything is missing or needs to be corrected.
  • The application process is conducted entirely via e-mail.
  • On the day of travel, you must carry the originals of the documents you submitted during the application with you.
  • At the port, your documents will be collected by our team, and your port visa procedures will be followed and completed by us.
