PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through our agency.
 
CURRENCY
 
The common currency of the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany is the Euro (EUR), and it is widely used throughout all three countries.
 
TIME ZONE
Central European Time (CET) is used in Central European countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany. It is 1 hour behind Türkiye. The difference remains the same according to winter / summer time application; during daylight saving time, the clocks in European countries continue to be 1 hour behind Türkiye.
 
FOOD CULTURE 
Czech cuisine stands out with its meat- and pastry-based flavors, bearing the traces of the Central European culinary tradition. Meat dishes with sauces, meatball-like recipes and knedliky (bread dough) are indispensable on the table. Gulaš, Svíčková and Trdelník are among the best-known flavors of Czech cuisine.
Polish cuisine offers its guests a warm and satisfying Central European culinary experience with traditional pierogi dumplings, aromatic soups and rich meat dishes.
German cuisine reflects the warm and satisfying flavors of German culture with its famous bratwurst sausages, pretzel breads and traditional meat dishes.

Shopping opportunities are available at shopping centers located in city centers and at small stalls selling souvenirs.
 
TOURS & OPTIONAL TOURS and ACTIVITIES

*If optional tours and activities or program options such as boat trips are explicitly stated in the program, they are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content and vehicles to be used for optional tours / activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums, archaeological sites or venues at the destinations are open/closed and on weather conditions.
*The Agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same. 
*Excursions or tours that are not permitted for any reason by local authorities or for other reasons will not take place. The Agency cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
 
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. 
*Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds referred to as foldaway beds and coach beds, participants and/or children making reservations for the 3rd person are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions and bed type in the rooms. 
*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at the hotel are provided in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited. 
*In case of possible inconveniences arising from technical problems reported to us by hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change the names of the hotels, provided that their category remains the same.
 
CLOTHING and NECESSARY ITEMS
During the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, we recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs in case of possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, spare memory cards and charging devices. During the autumn and winter periods, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm, an umbrella and a lightweight raincoat.
 
ABOUT AIR TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, flight times and the reservation number information for air tickets will be shared by our agency. Since this is a group reservation, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures with only your passport, without your ticket, at the specified time and counter. Check-in procedures are carried out by our agency.
*During registration, the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, passport number and identity number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees arising from the cancellation or changes of air tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
*Our agency is not responsible for any losses resulting from payments made to hotels and airlines in cases where you are unable to participate because you arrive late for the flight or fail to catch the flight for reasons related to your own circumstances.
*Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates.  Our agency is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. 
*Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*Seat belts must be fastened during the journey. Passengers between 0 and 4 years of age are required to bring a “vehicle child seat.” Our agency cannot be held responsible for traffic fines or penalties imposed in case of non-compliance with the rules.
*Even if the vehicle seat numbers provided in the countries to be visited are as purchased, their direction, location or position may vary. Seating is arranged in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the country concerned.
*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service as long as they are comfortable and in perfect condition, regardless of their model or age.
*Our Agency is not responsible if the tours in question cannot take place, including the tours specified in the program, when local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the location on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, or when the tour becomes impossible due to roads being closed because of an event or due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
*During your trip, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the order of reservation. Even if the seat numbers are the same in the numbering system, their direction, location or position may vary. Seating is arranged in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the country concerned.
 
LOST ITEMS, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and IDENTITY LOSSES
*When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. If forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person concerned belong to the owner of the item.
*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, the Agency representative/guide must continue the Tour Program as promised by the agency to the other traveling guests; therefore, they should know that they will act on their own responsibility in all matters related to passport procedures, return or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency accepts no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour
 
HEALTH
We do not expect you to encounter any problems that could threaten your health in the meals served at good restaurants and hotels in the region. Nevertheless, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking when you are not with the group, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure have been thoroughly cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled.
We strongly recommend that you obtain reports and invoices from the healthcare units where you receive treatment for health problems or injuries that may occur due to circumstances beyond your control. This will be useful if you need them for insurance procedures.
