Day 1 Istanbul – Berlin
Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in front of the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Berlin on Turkish Airlines’s scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Berlin, after passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we take our place in our vehicle for the Berlin City Tour guided by our tour leader. Places to be seen during the Berlin tour include: Kurfürstendamm, Reichstag, Tiergarten, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Gemaldegalerie, Neue Nationalgalerie, Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Charlottenburg, Berlin Olympic Stadium, and in East Berlin: Unter den Linden, Alexanderplatz, Nikolaiviertel, and Prenzlauer Berg. After our city tour, we visit the Berlin Christmas Market. At the end of our tour, we spend the night at our hotel in Berlin or its surroundings.
Day 2 Berlin – Potsdam – Sanssouci Palace – Dresden – Prague
After having breakfast at our hotel, we proceed together for the Potsdam Souici Tour. Our first stop is Potsdam & Sans Souci. This historic German city, located half an hour (45 km) from Berlin, with its Potsdamer Platz and surroundings and Sanssouci Palace, is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The city consists of 75% green areas and 25% buildings and streets. There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers in Potsdam. During our Potsdam tour, places to be seen include Sanssouci Palace, Obelisk, Brandenburg Gate, Nikolai Church, Historic Mill Ende, Russian Colony Alexandrowka, French Church, St. Peter und Paul Church. At the end of our tour, we depart for the Dresden Tour. We visit Dresden, the capital of Saxony, Germany, known as the Florence of the North, located on the banks of the Elbe River. We see the Baroque Gardens of Zwinger, Semper Opera House, Royal Palace, Frauenkirche, and the terrace which Goethe called the balcony of Europe, completing our Dresden city tour. Then we arrive in Prague and check into our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish can join the optional activity organized by your guide, the Czech Night Tour. You will have a fun evening with the delicious tastes of Czech cuisine, accompanied by music and folk dances at local restaurants in Prague. Overnight at our hotel in Prague.

Day 3 Prague
After breakfast, we embark on the Prague City Tour. In our Prague city tour, places to be seen include Hradcany Castle District, Loreta Church, Presidential Palace, St. Vitus Cathedral (a neo-Gothic Renaissance and Baroque structure whose construction took 600 years), Alchemists’ Street, Franz Kafka’s House, Charles Bridge (built in the 13th century by Chief Architect Peter Parler, featuring 31 statues of saints), Old Town Square, the historic Astronomical Clock Tower (built in the 15th century, featuring 12 Apostles), and TYN Church. After our city tour, we have free time. Prague looks more magnificent than ever, and its skyline seems ripped from a fairy tale. Decorated squares, cookie-scented stalls, mini drink stands, and souvenirs make us feel like we are in a fairy tale. In the evening, there will be an optional open buffet dinner cruise on the Vltava River organized by your guide. We watch Prague’s magnificent night view, its bridges, and illuminated sights while enjoying a musical open buffet dinner. Overnight at our hotel in Prague.
Day 4 Prague - Rothenburg ob der Tauber – Nuremberg
After having breakfast at our hotel, we say goodbye to Prague. We will head towards Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the most important point of the Romantic Road. Medieval architecture has not been preserved anywhere else until today as it has here. As you explore this place, the same question will arise in everyone’s mind: “Has time stopped?” You can take a journey back in time while walking through the old houses, quiet corners, towers, fountains, gates, dams, warehouses, wine cellars, and ancient doors. It’s time to bid farewell to streets where you won’t be able to get enough of taking photos and videos. We then head to Nuremberg, the second-largest city in Bavaria. Upon arrival, we visit the Nuremberg Christmas Market, one of the largest Christmas markets in Germany. Overnight at our hotel in Nuremberg or its surroundings.

The historic city features magnificent walls preserved until today, Gothic-style churches, Imperial Castle and Justice Palace, Schoner Brunner, St. Sebaldus Church, Zeppelin Walkways, Fleischbrücke (Fleisch Bridge), and Nuremberg Opera House. After our tour and free time, we transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’s scheduled flight. Arrival in Istanbul. Need to Know
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- On our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring items such as alcohol and tobacco.
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of spirits (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of spirits (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 pieces; Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all places mentioned in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents submitted with the participant's cancellation request, such as hospital reports or work permission letters obtained from Turkish authorities, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of accommodations and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or convertible sofa beds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding and the type of bed in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the eligible age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are short tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, designed to provide a general introduction to cities and conducted with guide commentary from the vehicle; they do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites. In cases where panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to restrictions imposed by local authorities prohibiting visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, closed roads due to any event, or impossible weather conditions making the tour unfeasible, Viyatravel shall not be held responsible for the non-performance of said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available limits, at points where closed roads or restricted vehicle access exist.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held liable for any adverse situations arising from such waiting times.
- Optional tours are organized by our local partner Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If this number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or optional tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Optional tours are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up from that location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are personal tasks and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for flights not being realized by guests who fail to arrive at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete them on time but do not board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers required for participants who miss their flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated 28.09. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from paying airport taxes and service fees.
