• An Egyptian visa is obtained for this tour. The visa fee is not included in the tour price.

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return from the trip.

• Guests traveling with a green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to the country or refused boarding.

• Visa applications are assessed entirely at the discretion of the relevant consulate and official authorities. Our agency acts solely as an intermediary.

• Our agency bears no responsibility if the visa is not approved, is delayed, or is not issued in time for any reason, and this situation does not give rise to any right to compensation.

• Visa and insurance fees are non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation.

• The passport to be used for entry into the country must not be torn, worn, wet, or damaged in any way. The passenger is responsible for any problems that may arise from the passport not being accepted.

• When minor children are not traveling with their mother and/or father, they are required to carry the necessary consent forms with them during the journey.
