  2. Egyptian visas are obtained for this tour.
  3. Within the framework of Civil Aviation laws (Hague Convention), airlines may update flight times and the airport to be used. Guests are required to confirm flight times 48 hours in advance. Our agency cannot be held responsible for time and airport changes that may be made by airlines or for possible delays.
  4. Our agency is not responsible for changes or disruptions experienced in domestic connecting flights by guests who do not confirm their flight times and itinerary.
  5. Airline rules apply to group tickets. According to the group ticket rules, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either, and no refund can be made for the unused leg.
  6. The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Türkiye is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. This allowance may decrease to 15 kg on domestic flights in the countries visited. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of our agency.
  7. For reservations, guests must notify our agency in writing of their first and last names, dates of birth, Turkish ID numbers, and passport numbers exactly as they appear in the passport with which they will travel. Since all reservations are made based on these details, any penalties incurred in the event of a possible cancellation or change will be charged to the guests.
  8. The hotel category for this 7-night, 8-day tour is 4-star hotels. The maximum distance of the hotels from the city center is 5–25 km.

  14. For extra tours, children aged 0–4 are free, and children aged 4–12 receive a 10% discount.
  15. Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than the standard beds. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
  20. Extra tour fees have been determined based on the participation of a minimum of 10 people. Therefore, if a sufficient number cannot be reached, excursions may not be operated, or extra excursion prices, content, vehicles to be used, and the number of participants may vary.
  21. Extra tours are optional for participants. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours arranged en route are deemed to have agreed to wait at a rest facility designated by the guide. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
  22. Guests who have purchased one of the advantageous extra tour packages and request a refund because they did not participate in any of the included tours (even for a special reason) will have the tour refund calculated based on the undiscounted price. However, they will not be entitled to a refund for boat tours, meals, night shows, and tours requiring reservations for which entrance fees have been paid.
