Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline may refuse to carry them from Türkiye. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and AcenteOURS shall bear no responsibility whatsoever. In order to avoid problems with customs officials at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed. If the country in question requires visas from Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must also be included in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. Passengers’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting issue shall be the responsibility of the passengers. AcenteOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when deemed necessary. AcenteOURS bears no responsibility for a passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. AcenteOURS acts solely as an intermediary. AcenteOURS has no liability or obligation in relation to personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms. For passengers who will submit their own visa applications, obtaining the required documents, such as hotel confirmations and flight tickets, normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, AcenteOURS shall not be responsible for any possible disruptions. If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the AcenteOUR Visa Department, and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport and prove that they did not use the visa no later than one week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company, and AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest. The routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and this possibility was notified at the time of contracting; the PASSENGER purchased the tour by accepting the risk of changes to the flight time. Triple rooms are allocated subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an additional bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms. If the hotel has suitable rooms, a room will be blocked by the hotel subject to availability. Child discounts are valid only for children staying with two adults. The breakfasts served at the hotels are continental breakfasts, not Turkish breakfasts. A continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room. During the reservation/registration process, the first and last name as shown in the passport to be used for travel, the date of birth, and the passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or amendment penalties arising from incorrect information shall be the responsibility of the guest. Regardless of whether our guests obtain travel insurance from AcenteOURS, they are required to have international travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is fined for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with that guest. Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in a visa being denied by another country or countries and/or refusal of entry at the border. Since such matters are beyond AcenteOURS’s control, the parties acknowledge that AcenteOURS shall bear no responsibility in such cases. For the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the travel route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion is completed. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue. Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be held on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, AcenteOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional excursions are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional excursions may not take place or their prices may change. Tours or excursions that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be carried out. AcenteOURS shall not be held responsible for the failure to conduct such tours or excursions. The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single booking. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically cancelled. The airline’s rules shall apply in such cases. Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Passengers must monitor this information themselves. If a flight is missed due to such circumstances or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves, and, in accordance with the previous clause, a round-trip ticket if necessary. Furthermore, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such cases, responsibility lies with the guest. If the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from that of the group, transportation from the airport to the city or hotel shall be the guest’s responsibility. Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that availability exists on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs belong to a group fare class, before an upgrade can be made, the ticket may first need to be changed from the group fare class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade by paying the difference specified by the airline, subject to availability. Any resulting price difference shall be the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is enabled for international outgoing and incoming calls. During your trip, when briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use or the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you. In the event of force majeure or whenever deemed necessary, AcenteOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, provided that the content of the program remains unchanged. AcenteOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the hotel category remains the same. AcenteOURS shall not be responsible for belongings that are forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized parental consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. AcenteOURS shall not be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of such consent. The General Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
