ABOUT AIR TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, our agency will share the flight times and the flight ticket reservation number information. Since this is a group reservation, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket. Our check-in procedures are carried out by our agency.
*During registration, the name as stated in the passport, date of birth, passport number and identity number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees arising from the cancellation or changes of air tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
*Our agency is not responsible for any losses arising from payments made to hotels and airline companies in cases where you are unable to participate because you arrive late for the flight or are unable to catch the relevant flight for reasons of your own.
*Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing tour and flight. Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates.  Our agency is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
*Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*Seat belts must be fastened during the journey. Passengers between 0 and 4 years of age must be provided with a “child car seat.” Our agency cannot be held responsible for traffic fines or sanctions imposed due to failure to comply with the rules.
*Even if the vehicle seat numbers supplied in the countries to be visited are as purchased, their direction, location or position may differ. Seating is arranged in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the country concerned.
*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that have passed inspection provide service as long as they are comfortable and defect-free, regardless of their model or age.
*Including the tours specified in the program, our Agency is not responsible if the tours in question cannot be conducted on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations, roads are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
*During your trip, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the order of reservation. Even if the assigned seat numbers are the same in the numbering, their direction, location or position may differ. Seating is arranged in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the country concerned.

HEALTH
We do not expect you to encounter any problem that would threaten your health in meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. Nevertheless, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking, consume only bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure have been thoroughly cooked, and eat fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled.
In case of health problems or injuries that may occur due to reasons beyond your control, we strongly recommend that you obtain a report and invoice from the healthcare units where you receive treatment. This will be beneficial if you need them for insurance procedures.

Ordinary Passport                      ✅                Visa required
Green Passport                          ❌              Visa not required
Service Passport                    ❌                Visa not required

Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of the end of travel and must not be older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list that your agency will provide to you. To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer at the border crossings to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for the destination/passport where a visa is required) does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
* As of 10 April 2026, under the European Entry/Exit System (EES), which entered into force in European Union countries, passport control procedures at border crossings are carried out by collecting biometric data (fingerprints and facial recognition).
Due to this practice, congestion, long waiting times, system delays or situations in which biometric data cannot be read may occur at airports and border gates.
These processes are entirely under the control of the relevant country’s border security authorities, and our agency has no authority to intervene. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for delays, waiting times or any resulting disruptions to the program.
It is strongly recommended that our guests ensure that their passports are physically in suitable condition, that there are no conditions that could prevent biometric data from being collected (cuts, wounds, excessive cream, etc.), and that they allow sufficient time for border procedures.
“This practice is an international security procedure, and all guests who purchase the tour are deemed to have accepted this process.”
