  • In order to benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

  • Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people. If fewer than 15 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.

  • Prices for optional tours may vary depending on regional demand or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to optional tours.

  • When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

  • In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If optional tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during optional tours.

  • Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund terms for the optional tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, Acenteours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s commentary from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site admissions. 

  • Acenteours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle entry is not permitted.

  • In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.

  • The hotels listed in the program, etc., are offered for sale. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.

  • To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations cannot be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.

  • As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.
