Important Notes:

• A passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is required to participate in this tour.
• Atlas International acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or change fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guest.
• The arrival city may vary. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays made by the airline companies.
• Airline rules apply to group tickets; according to group ticket regulations, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also cannot be used.
• In general, checked baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight limit may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights within the destination countries, this allowance may be reduced to 15 kg. Rules regarding excess baggage weight/fees are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Atlas International.
• If there is insufficient number of participants for the package tour, the cancellation will be communicated to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the program is an example route, and changes may occur in the actual tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. Tours listed in the programs may be rescheduled to other days than those specified, at the guide's discretion due to any reason.

• Extra tours can only be conducted with a minimum of 20 participants. If participation is lower, they may still be conducted at the guide's discretion, potentially with adjusted prices. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Optional tours along the route require a minimum of 10 participants to take place. Guests who do not wish to participate will be waited for at the rest stop.
• Tours or visits that are prohibited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the price.          
• Atlas International reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
• All hotel names mentioned in the programs (and similar ones) are examples written solely to indicate star category and distance; they do not guarantee accommodation at the named hotels.
• Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable/collapsible bed.
• If children under 18 years old (legally minors) do not travel with one or both parents, it is mandatory for them to carry the necessary consent letters during the trip.
• In case of cancellation or changes, the "Atlas International Sales Contract" applies.
