Travelers traveling to Morocco for tourism are advised to have health insurance.
A passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn passports.
For the visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of documents required for the visa, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency in full with written confirmation at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will take place; otherwise, TATİLEGO is absolutely not responsible if passport control officers do not allow entry into the country.
In the event of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
TATİLEGO acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and bears no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued in time, and/or contains errors; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from TATİLEGO under any circumstances.
TATİLEGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
During registration, the name as shown in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for the cancellation or changes of airline tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure dates.
The city where the aircraft lands may vary. TATİLEGO cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or possible delays caused by airlines.
TATİLEGO is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connecting flights by guests who do not confirm their flight times and route.
Airline rules apply to group tickets; according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
The standard baggage allowance on most flights departing from Türkiye is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the countries visited, this allowance may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of TATİLEGO.
If the number of participants required for the package tour is not reached, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may be made to the tour itinerary.
City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s), depending on the time of arrival in the city.
The excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide’s discretion and for any reason, be conducted on a day other than the specified day(s).
Optional tours can be operated provided that a minimum of 20 people participate; if fewer people participate, they may be operated at the guide’s discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. TATİLEGO cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be operated.
Optional tours along the route take place provided that at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at the rest stop.
Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. TATİLEGO cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be operated.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
TATİLEGO reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the named hotel.
Triple rooms have an extra-bed arrangement; the three beds are smaller than standard beds and/or consist of an additional foldable bed.
When leaving the vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
The child discount is valid only for children within a specified age group staying with 2 adults.
When children under the age of 18 who are not legally adults do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they are required to carry the necessary letters of consent with them during the trip in order to participate in the tour.
In the event of cancellation or changes, the “TATİLEGO SALES AGREEMENT” shall apply.

Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye are not subject to visa requirements.
