Elegant Italy Tour – Departing from Izmir Airport

Tour details

7 Nights / 8 Days with Sun Express Airlines

Free time after breakfast; however, guests who wish may join the additionally organized Kotor, Tivat and Perast Tour (50 Eur). As part of our tour, we will first arrive in Kotor after a half-hour bus journey. During our walking city tour, we will see historical structures that make us feel as though we are looking through a veil of dreams between the past and the present. We will see San Giovanni Fortress, which can be reached by climbing a total of 1,355 steps to the church at its highest point, among mountains whose shadows fall upon the sea and walls that crown the slopes like a crown; the Cat Museum, which also houses the collection of Italian Countess Francesca di Montreale Mantica; St. Tripun Cathedral, one of the Roman Catholic cathedrals; and St. Nicholas Church, a Serbian Orthodox church. We will then continue by bus to the second stop of our tour, Perast. We will not be able to get enough of the mountain and sea views of this tranquil, romantic town, which has two islands, Our Lady of the Rocks (also known as Our Lady of the Rock), famous both for its poetic story and its fascinating museum, and St. George, where secluded monks still live. Our final stop will be Tivat, another area on the shore of the Bay of Kotor. Those who wish may relax in the elegant cafés of Tivat, which is home to Porto Montenegro and known as the Monaco of Montenegro; others may relieve the fatigue of the day by swimming, renting bicycles, taking a boat tour of the bay, or choosing other activities. After meeting at the time specified by our guide, we will head to Budva to rest and spend the night, and then settle into our hotel for rest and accommodation. We will organize the additionally arranged Montenegro Night Tour with our guests who wish to participate (65 Eur). After our tour, we will return to our hotel.

  • Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation of 40 people.  If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification deadline by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers or in a different city. In such a case, you will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle only, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. Tatilego is not responsible if panoramic tours or any other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the scheduled day and time, because roads are closed due to any event, or because weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
  • Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds referred to as foldaway beds and coach beds, tour participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or a child are deemed to have accepted the possible lack of space in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults and meeting the applicable age group. A bed is not guaranteed for children aged 0–2.
  • Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, referred to as a continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
  • Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
  • Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing a domestic flight. If a guest purchases a domestic connecting flight from a different service provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency if the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a time change. The guest accepts in advance, upon purchasing the tour, any financial and non-financial losses that may arise due to the cancellation or alteration of the tour.  Tatilego cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
  • Guests joining the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point by their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all their transfers by their own means.
  • Tatilego is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but cannot board the aircraft are unable to take their flight. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip flight tickets required for guests who miss the flight to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination region and similar matters, are their own responsibility.
  • Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / identity cards of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and Tatilego is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen belongings. In cases where forgotten belongings are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and any expenses incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the owner.
  • In cases such as illness, loss, or theft, since the integrity and continuation of the group are the priority for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.
  • When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellation and change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be collected from you.
  • On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.
  • Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed when using the bus during the tour.
  • During our tours, the times announced by our guide to guests indicate the departure time, when the vehicle's wheels begin to turn. Our guide, who is responsible for treating all guests' rights equally, will move the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In the event that a guest is late, they must reach the next stop by their own means.
  • Optional tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or optional tour prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open/closed and on weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
  • In our classic packages, which do not include optional tours, optional tours are at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
  • The participant hereby accepts in advance that they will participate in the tours to be organized as specified in the tour program, will not disrupt the program, and will separately pay the tour representative during the trip the amount previously stated in the tour program for payments relating to expenses such as local guides, museum & archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and audio headset systems, if applicable. The participant has been fully and completely informed about this matter.
  • In programs that include optional tours, museum & archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to your agency during the reservation or to the guide during the tour.
  • Tatilego is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Tatilego is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

  • The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Türkiye must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry to the country. Tatilego is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passport(s), the passports obtained must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
