• An Egyptian visa is obtained for this tour. The visa fee is not included in the tour price.

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of the trip.

• Guests traveling with a special passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may be denied entry into the country or refused boarding.

• Visa applications are assessed entirely at the discretion of the relevant consulate and official authorities. Our agency acts solely as an intermediary.

• If the visa is not approved, is delayed, or is not issued in time for any reason, our agency bears no responsibility, and this situation does not give rise to any right to compensation.

• Visa and insurance fees are non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation.

• The passport used to enter the country must not be torn, worn, wet, or damaged in any way. The passenger is responsible for any problems that may arise from the passport not being accepted.

• If underage children are not traveling with their mother and/or father, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
