Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents/legal guardians are fully responsible for their children.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

Transportation to and from the airport and port can be provided upon request at the reception.
Reception staff can call a taxi for you upon request.

LUGGAGE SERVICE

Please contact reception for information about this service. Additional luggage storage is also available in a dedicated area next to reception.

CHECK-OUT

Unless otherwise specified by reception staff, check-out time is 12:00. All guests are responsible for their rooms until check-out time. After check-out, complimentary shower facilities may be provided by contacting reception.

LAUNDRY/DRY CLEANING

Laundry bags and delivery forms are available in the room wardrobe. Clothes delivered to us before 09:00 in the morning will be returned to you the next day.

MEDICAL CARE

There is a pharmacy with first-aid supplies in the reception area. We can also arrange for a doctor to visit you at the hotel for an additional fee (doctor's fee).

WIFI

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all rooms and common areas of the hotel.

SAFE

Guests staying in our hotel rooms can request a key from reception staff to use the safes located in a dedicated area near reception (for an additional fee).

BABY COTS AND HIGH CHAIRS

Baby cots and high chairs will be provided free of charge. Please submit your request to Reception or the Restaurant.
