The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices applicable at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.

Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may be changed.

• Points to be observed during Mosque Visits on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be observed on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• In cases where the program is processed as VB or only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the sightseeing departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the extra tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the stated kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with the guide's narration; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
• BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, within the available possibilities, where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• As transactions for extra tour purchases are made in USD at the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of booking, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all terms in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline may not allow them to board from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport and prove that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A TIME CHANGE AND A HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether or not our guests obtain it from BTB TOURS, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine incurred due to not carrying travel insurance belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this is beyond BTB TOURS's control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such a situation.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for such excursions or tours not taking place.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline's rules apply in the relevant situation.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
• When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without disrupting the content of the program if force majeure circumstances arise or it deems necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a letter of consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
